Information

• This module is a dialog module and therefore it has no independent function. It is a mere list from which you can select portfolios to which you can assign planning objects.
• All portfolios are listed in which the logged-on user is portfolio manager and to which the current planning object is not assigned.

Procedure

• In order to assign the planning object to the required portfolio, activate the Select checkbox for the required portfolio and click on the Assign to the selected portfolio(s) button.

Details

• The assignments can be created or deleted either by the manager of the respective portfolio or by the multi-portfolio manager.

Attention

• Assignments of planning objects to several portfolios are generally possible, however, PLANTA does not recommend multiple assignments.
  • If a planning object is assigned to several portfolios, the budget of the planning object will not be compared against the portfolio budget, which may impair the view of the budgets in the portfolio.
