Information

• This module is an auxiliary module and therefore it has no stand-alone function. It is only a kind of pick list from which new planning objects can be selected and assigned to the portfolio.
• Here, all planning objects are divided into two sections:
  • Planning objects with portfolio assignment
    • The planning objects of the opened portfolio are not listed here since they cannot be assigned to the same portfolio again.
  • Planning objects without portfolio assignment

Attention

• Assignments of planning objects to several portfolios are generally possible, however, PLANTA does not recommend multiple assignments.
  • If a planning object is assigned to several portfolios, the budget of the planning object will not be compared against the portfolio budget, which may impair the view of the budgets in the portfolio.
