• This module is an auxiliary module and therefore it has no stand-alone function. It is only a kind of pick list from which new planning objects can be selected and assigned to the portfolio.
• Here, all projects, ideas, and proposals are divided into two sections:
  • Projects, Ideas, Proposals with Portfolio Assignment
  • Projects, Ideas, Proposals without Portfolio Assignment

Attention

• Assignments of planning objects to several portfolios are generally possible, however, PLANTA does not recommend multiple assignments.
  • If a planning object is assigned to several portfolios, the budget of the planning object will not be compared against the portfolio budget, which may impair the view of the budgets in the portfolio.
