Access path

• Program panel Program Core Data Click on the Edit project assignments button Project List

Information

• This module is a dialog module and therefore it has no independent function. It is used to assign new projects to the program.
  • The projects can be removed from the program directly in the Program Core Data module.

Procedure

• To assign one or several projects from the list to the program, select them by activating the Select checkbox and clicking on the Assign selected button.

Notes

• In the Projects area, only projects are available for selection which simultaneously satisfy all of the following criteria:
  • the project has the Status = 1 (active)
  • the project is a main project
  • the project is not assigned to any program
  • the project is not assigned to any portfolio
