Budget and Costs by Groups MOD0099EY

Information

• In this module, Cost budget, Planned costs, Actual costs, Remaining costs, Total costs as well as Total costs - budget deviation and % total costs - budget deviation of the projects are displayed by groups (project groups).
  • The assignment of projects to groups is done in the Project Core Data of the respective project.

Module header

• The projects to be displayed in this module can be filtered using object filters.
  • If there already is an object filter, it can be selected from the listbox on the Filter field. After you have clicked on the Use changes button, only projects which correspond to the filter will be displayed.
  • You can edit existing object filters or create new ones in the Object Filter module which is opened via the Edit filter button.
  • If a grouping criterion is selected in one of the modules which use object filters, it automatically takes effect in all other modules with object filters.

Data

• In the sum area, budget and cost data of all filters are displayed summarized according to the projects.
• On group level, the values of the respective group are displayed. They are the summarized values from all corresponding projects.
• On project level (display by extending the tree structure), budget and cost values of the projects from the current planning are displayed.
  • On project level, the Total costs - budget deviation and % Total costs - budget deviation fields have an associated traffic light indicator.
• A level lower, below the projects, the data (from the respective last released status report (DT823)) of the respective project is offered for comparison.
  • By clicking on the link in the Report status field of the required status report, the Status Report module with the respective status report is opened.

Notes

• For structured projects, the summed values of the entire project structure are displayed.
