Information

• In this module, status reports and project applications that have not yet been released and projects without status reports are displayed.
• The release can be canceled.
• New status reports can be created.

Details

• When canceling the release, the previous status report/project application is set to active again.
• For runtime reasons, this is a one-step functionality in the Standard system, i.e., the system uses the status to search for the previous status report.
• This can be changed by individual customizing if necessary.

Status Report: Cancel Release

Information

• In the Status reports: Cancel release area, released status reports of the main projects, programs, and proposals are displayed.
• The release can be canceled.

Cancel release

• Expand the tree structure of the respective project to display the status reports that have been released.
• Cancel approval
  • by clicking on the Cancel release button next to the respective status report, or
  • by right-clicking on the corresponding status report and selecting the Cancel release context menu command.

Notes

• The release can only be canceled for recently released status reports.
• If the release is to be canceled for another (older) report, the Release cannot be canceled, as a newer released status report is available for this project is displayed.
• If the release of the last released status report is canceled, the previous status report automatically becomes the last released report.

Project Proposals: Cancel Approval

Information

• In the Project Proposals: Cancel Approval area, approved project proposals are displayed.
• The approval can be canceled.

Cancel approval

• Expand the tree structure of the respective project proposal to display the status reports that have been approved.
• Cancel approval
  • by pressing the Cancel approval button next to the respective project proposal or
  • by right-clicking on the corresponding status report and selecting the Cancel approval context menu command.

Overview of Projects without Current Status Report

Information

• In the Overview of Projects without Current Status Report area, all projects are displayed, for which the Create status report automatically parameter is activated, but which do not contain any status reports yet.
• By confirming the Create status reports button, status reports can be created automatically for such projects.

Note

• The Overview of Projects without current status report area is only displayed in the module if at least one project with the above mentioned features exists.

Requirements for the automatic creation of status reports

• For the required project, the Create status report automatically parameter must be activated in the Project Core Data module.
• Enter the required time period in the Status reports from and Status reports to fields in the Model and Model Parameters module.
  • You can define the time period by using system variables (incl. @ maximum 3 digits) or by entering a date in DD.MM.YY format.
  • You can also combine system variables with a date entry.
