Information

• The current module and the Check Resource Structure module are used for availability check.
• In some cases, a department resource may have incorrect availabilities. E.g.:
  • A departmental resource has a summarized availability even though the child resources have no availability at all.
  • A departmental resource has a negative summarized availability.
• They can only be removed by deleting and reentering start and end periods of the child resource and of the department resource.
• Stop
  • If you delete start and end periods, already entered vacation and absence days are deleted too.
  • Start and end periods may never be deleted separately.

To avoid the occurrence of incorrect availability

• Activate the Summarize periods checkbox for all child rand departmental resources.
