Information

• In this module, the opportunity and the corresponding measures for which the employee is defined as the person responsible are displayed.
• The responsible employee can edit data of the corresponding opportunity measure(s). Thus, he or she informs the project manager about the success of the measure concerned.

Details

• Opportunities increase revenues and/or the possibility of increasing sales/revenues.
• New strategies and innovations are implemented through the initiation of suitable measures.
• In the Risks/Opportunities module, opportunities and measures of the project are defined by the project manager.
