Request Panel

• Open the panel in order to view or make changes to an existing request
  • By clicking on the ID of the requested request
    • in various PLANTA project and PLANTA portfolio modules (e.g. My Planning Objects) as well as
    • in the Requests module under Request Management Multi-Request Board
    • As a result, the Request module is opened.
• Open the panel for the creation of a new program.
  • Request Management Request Management New Request
  • Request Management Multi-Request Board Requests --> Click on the Create request button
    • As a result, the empty Request module is opened.

Notes

• The Request panel contains editing modules and information concerning the selected request.
• Whether the request data can only be displayed or edited as well depends on the current user’s access rights.
• Opening the panel for creation of a new request is only possible if the user possesses the respective rights and the respective role.
