Information

• In this module, you can create programs which are responsible for executing of projects.
• You can assign several programs to a project. The project costs can be allocated to these on a percentage basis.
• You can assign programs to the projects in the Allocate Costs to Programs area of the Project Core Data module.

Create Programs

Procedure

• Insert a blank data record using the Insert button or the context menu command Insert Program
• In the Program field, enter an ID for the new program.
• Enter a program name in the Program name field.
• Fill the Person responsible name and Budget for program fields.
• Save.

Insert Program Note

Procedure

• Right-click on the required program.
• Select the context menu command Insert Program note .
• Enter text in the Note field.
• If necessary, you can create a link to a document in the Linked file field.
