    • In this module, you can
      • monitor the project progress,
      • apply the forecast estimated by the reporters and
      • define the functional degree of completion.

    Details

    From DB 39.5.13

    • In the Completed field, the functional degree of completion can be entered.
      • The entered value is compared with the value in the Used (DI Used) field and depending on whether this value is exceeded or fallen below, the Completed field is colored green, yellow, or red.
    • In the Forecast field on task level, there are summarized forecast values on remaining effort (for each task, sum of all resource assignments of the task). This field is preset with a traffic light function and is colored red or green depending on whether the Remaining effort is overrun or fallen below by the forecast.
      • When opening the task-resource-assignment, forecasts of individual resources on remaining effort which you have entered in the course of recording hours worked are displayed in the Forecast field. The field is also preset with a traffic light.
      • Forecast values can
        • be entered manually. To do so, the Forecast field must also be cleared manually for future forecasts.
        • NEW or be copied to the Remaining effort field by clicking on the Copy forecast button. As a result, the Forecast field is automatically cleared for future forecasts. If no particular records are marked, all existing forecast values are copied automatically.
      • In order for the adoption of forecasts to take effect you have to recalculate the schedule (by clicking on the calculation button in the toolbar).

    From DB 39.5.11

  • In the Completed field, the functional degree of completion can be entered.

    • By clicking on the required task and selecting the Edit task context menu command, you switch to the Task module. Here, the task can be edited.

    Module Variants

    From DB 39.5.13

    Base On the tasks, dates and effort are shown and on resource assignment level, only person and/or department resources, and only those for which no actual end date has been set yet, are displayed.
    With reverse postings NEW Like the base variant but with additional display of possibly canceled hours and the respective reverse postings on load level. Details on Reverse Postings
    Costs On the tasks, dates and costs are shown, and on resource assignment level, only cost and revenue resources are displayed.
    With resources with and without actual end On resource level, both person and/or department resources with and without actual end date are displayed.
    Tasks Only tasks that have todo items (open and completed ones) in the selected period are displayed. The todo items are displayed as well.
    The period is defined by the date input in the from and to fields. After clicking on the Use changes button, the display is refreshed.
    Actual hours Only tasks the resources of which have recorded working time in the selected period are displayed. The load records are displayed along with the recorded time.
    The period is defined by the date input in the from and to fields. After clicking on the Use changes button, the display is refreshed.
