    • A project application is a report that is created by freezing data of the current project (proposal, idea).
    • The project application function is an optional solution for the approval of the project plan for realization.
    • Through a project application and its approval, ideas and proposals can be converted to projects.

    Details

    • If there is a project application for a project (proposal, idea), it is displayed in the Project Applications module.
      • By clicking on the ID number of the project application in the Report field, you switch to the Project Application module, in which the data of the project application is displayed.
    • If no project application exists, you can create one.
      • In the course of this, all relevant data of a project (proposal, idea) will be frozen and copied to the project application and frozen.
    • For each project (proposal, idea), only one project application can be created. It is not possible to create several project applications.
      • If a project application already exists, the A program application exists already. Display? message is displayed. If you confirm this message with Yes, you switch to the Project Application module, in which the data of the project application is displayed.
      • If required, the existing project application can be deleted. In this case, it is possible to create a new project application.

    Create project application

    • Click on the Create project application button.
    • Confirm the Do you really want to create a project application? message with Yes. As a result, you switch to the Project Application module in which the data of the newly created project application is displayed.
