Access path

• Program panel Program Core Data Click on the Edit project assignments button Project List

Information

• In this module, new projects can be assigned to the new program or already assigned projects can be deleted from the program.

Procedure

• To assign one or several projects from the list to the program, mark them in the Projects area and click on the Assign marked objects to the program button.
• In order to remove the required projects from the program, mark them in the Already assigned projects area and click on the Remove marked from the program button.

Notes

• In the Projects area, only projects are available for selection which simultaneously satisfy all of the following criteria:
  • the project has the Status = 1 (active)
  • the project is a main project
  • the project is not assigned to any program
  • the project is not assigned to any portfolio
• By clicking on the ID on a project, you can switch to the respective Project panel.
