Access path

Information

• In this module, you can have a look at data from a project, a proposal and an idea.

Details

• When you create a project proposal, relevant data of a project (proposal, idea) is copied to the project proposal and frozen.
• After the new project proposal is created, it is given the Report status = "Open project proposal".
  • You can refresh, approve and delete an open project proposal.

Refresh Project Proposal

Information

• If the project proposal is not approved immediately and changes in the project (proposal, idea) that should be considered in the project proposal are made between the project proposal creation date and the approval, you must refresh the project proposal before the approval.

Procedure

• Press the Refresh button.
• Confirm the message Do you really want to refresh this data? with OK.
• The data is refreshed.

Approve Project Proposal

Information

• You can approve the project proposal including the refreshed data.

Procedure

• Press the Approve button.
• Confirm the message Project proposal cannot be changed after it has been approved. Continue? with Yes.
• The project proposal is approved and is given the report status Approved project proposal.

Notes

• If you must refresh or delete an approved project proposal, you first have to cancel the approval.
• Only users with PM administration rights are allowed to cancel the approval.

Delete Project Proposal

Information

• You can delete open project proposal.

Procedure

• Press the Delete button.
• Confirm the message Do you really want to delete this data? with OK.
• The project proposal is deleted.

Note

• If a project proposal already exists, you cannot create further project proposals. In order to create a new project proposal, you must delete the existing one.
