Information

• A project proposal is a report that is created by freezing data of the current project (proposal, idea).
• If a project proposal exists for a project (proposal, idea), it is displayed in the Project Proposals module.
  • By clicking on the ID number of the project proposal in the Report field, you switch to the Project Proposal module, in which the data of the project proposal is displayed.
• If no project proposal exists, it can be created.
  • All relevant data of the project (proposal, idea) will be frozen and copied to the project proposal.
• For every project (proposal, idea), only one project proposal can be created. It is not possible to create several project proposals.
  • If a project proposal already exists, the message A project proposal exists already. Display? appears. If you confirm this message with Yes, you switch to the Project Proposal module, in which the data of the project proposal is displayed.
  • If required, the existing project proposal can be deleted. In this case, it is possible to create a new project proposal.

Details

• The project proposal function can be used optionally for the project planning approval.
• Through a project proposal and its approval, ideas and proposals can be converted to projects.
• If you only work with projects, this function allows you to approve the project planning for realization.

Create a project proposal

• Click on the Create project proposal button.
• Confirm the message Do you really want to create a project proposal? with Yes. As a result, you switch to the Project Proposal module in which the data of the newly created project proposal is displayed.

Details

• After the new project proposal has been created, it is assigned Report status = "Open project proposal".
  • An open project proposal can be refreshed, approved and deleted.
