  • In this module, all active projects (Status = 1) are displayed. No overhead cost projects are displayed.

Details

From DB 39.5.0

  • All projects are displayed grouped by Planning objects without portfolio assignment and Planning objects with portfolio assignment.
    • Under Planning objects without portfolio assignment, projects which have not yet been assigned to any portfolio are displayed.
    • Under Planning objects with portfolio assignment, projects which have already been assigned to a portfolio are displayed.
  • The bubble chart provides an analysis of the projects by risk value and objective contribution.
    • The risk values and objective contributions required for analysis must be detected for each individual project (in the Project Core Data module).
    • The bubble size is defined by the NPV of the project.
  • When you move the mouse cursor over a bubble, a tooltip is displayed which contains the name, the ID, and the NPV value of the project.
  • When you click on the ID of the required project or the corresponding bubble, you can switch directly to the Project panel of the project in which, depending on the user's rights, data can be edited or viewed.
  • You can create a new project by clicking on the New Project button. The Project panel is opened with blank, focused Project Core Data module in which basic data and key dates can be edited. Subsequently you can further edit the project via other panel modules.

Up to DB 39.5.0

  • Projects are displayed grouped by Own projects and Other projects.
    • Under Own projects, all projects in which the current user is the project manager are displayed.
    • Under Other projects, all projects in which another person (not the current user) is the project manager are displayed.
  • The bubble chart provides an analysis of the projects by risk value and objective contribution.
    • When you move the mouse cursor over a bubble, a tooltip appears that contains the name, ident number and capital values of the project.
  • When you click on the ID of the required project or the corresponding bubble, you can switch directly to the Project panel of the project in which, depending on the user's rights, data can be edited or viewed.
