Information

• This module provides an overview of the already created requests.

Details

• In the Group by field, a criterion can be selected from the listbox. After you have clicked on the Update button, the requests are displayed grouped by the selected criterion.
• In the Filter field, a filter can be selected from the listbox. After you have clicked on the Update button, the requests that correspond to the filter are displayed grouped by the criterion from Group by.
  • By clicking on the Edit filter button you switch to the Object Filter Request module in which new filters can be created and already existing ones can be edited.
• By clicking on the ID of the required request or via the Edit request context menu command you switch to the Request panel in which the request data can be viewed or edit, depending on the user's rights.
• By clicking on the Create request button you switch to the Request panel in which a new request can be created.

Note

• Only users with the multi-project management role can create new requests.
