    • This module
      • provides a structured (by department) list of all NEW person resources (resouirces with type 1i and 1e),
      • and is an auxiliary module which has no stand-alone function. It is used to assign several persons to a project/proposal/program/request as stakeholders.

    • This module
      • provides a structured list (by department) of all persons
      • and is an auxiliary module which has no stand-alone function. You can use this module to add several stakeholders at once to a project team in the Stakeholder (Project) or Stakeholder (Request) modules.

    Procedure

    From DB 39.5.1

    • Mark the required resources in the list by
      • NEW simply clicking on the stakeholder name/stakeholder ID or
      • pressing CTRL + mouse-click.
    • Subsequently click on the Copy marked button.

    Up to DB 39.5.1

    • To select the required resources, mark them with CTRL + click.
    • Subsequently click on the Apply button.
