Area Frame Dominance Symbol

• The frame of a data area is specified in the W1 Symbol frame.
  • Example: area frame of the project form

Details

• Frame symbols the display format of which is dependent on data criteria (e.g. a critical task, milestone) are area frame DIs, and are assigned to the data areas as data fields.

Procedure

• Create an area DI with Class = 10 for DT400 Miscellaneous objects in the Data Dictionary module
• In the Data Items module,
  • assign the sub-IDs to the area frame dominance symbol.
  • define the function and dominances.
  • assign symbols.

• If the data item is incorporated into a module, the DF behavior = o and Filter criteria = should be set.
