Access path

• Request Management Request Management Multi-Request Board Requests --> Edit filters button Object Filter Request

Create New Filter

• Enter the Filter name. The number in the Filter field is generated automatically.
• You can define further attributes by clicking on the Insert filter criteria button and selecting the Attribute name request and the Filter criterion.
• After you have clicked on the Save button, the Object Filter module is closed. The selected filter is used in the corresponding module.

Note

• For attributes that are contained in subobjects, it is possible to define filter criteria with a joker.

Example

• Select Cost centers from the listbox in the Attribute name request field.
• Enter 1* in the Filter criterion field.
• Save.
• After you have clicked on the Save button, the Object Filter module is closed. The selected filter is used in the corresponding module.
