Portfolio Analysis, Scoring MOD009BBM Up to DB 39.5.10
The functionalities of the
Portfolio Analysis, Scoring MOD009BBM module have been applied to the
Info Board module from Release DB 39.5.10. If you use a database version
DB 39.5.10, please switch to the

Access path
Information
- From this module, you can access flexible analyses with various influence quantities.
- The module is a type of preselect module for the subsequent analysis modules.
Filter
Information
- In the Portfolio Analysis, Scoring module, the influencing parameters for evaluations can be organized in filters and saved. When the module is opened again, they can be used again in this exact constellation.
Create New Filter
Procedure
- Enter the name.
- The following fields are already filled by default when the module is opened:

- If all fields marked with * are filled (Mandatory data fields), an ID is automatically generated in the Filter field.
- Save.
A filter can only be saved if all five
mandatory data fields have been filled.
Delete Filter
Procedure
- Select the filter you want to delete from the listbox.
- Click on the Delete filter button.
- Confirm the Do you really want to delete this filter? message with Yes.
Display Portfolio Analysis
Objective Contribution by Groups
Procedure
- Select an existing filter from the listbox in the Filter field or create a new filter.
- For this analysis, a selection in the following fields is required in the filter:
- Click on the Objective Contribution by Groups button. As a result, you switch to the Objective Contribution by Groups module, which displays a bubble chart analysis for the two selected groups.
Objective Contribution All Groups
Procedure
- Select an existing filter from the listbox in the Filter field or create a new filter.
- For this analysis, a selection in the following fields is required in the filter:
- Click on the Objective Contribution all Groups button. As a result, you switch to the Objective Contribution All Groups module, which displays a bubble chart analysis for the two selected groups.
Budget and Costs per Portfolio, Project, and Year
Procedure
- Select an existing filter from the listbox in the Filter field or create a new filter.
- For this analysis, a selection in the following fields is required in the filter:
- Click on the Budget and Costs per Portfolio, Project, and Year button. As a result, you switch to the Budget and Costs per Portfolio, Project, and Year module, in which the budget and costs are graphically displayed for the selected planning object.
