Information

• In this module, products can be created.
• Requests can be assigned to a product in the Requests module.

Create new product

• Click on the Insert button in the toolbar or right-click on an existing product and select the Insert Product context menu command.
• Enter the product name in the Name field.
• The ID in the Product field is generated automatically.
• Save.
