DT440 Data Item Structure

From S 39.5.20

Attention
  • If system customizing changes are made to data tables or data items (e.g. new data items are created, data item parameters are changed), the NEW Tools Restart PLANTA service menu item must be carried out in order to make the changes visible.
    • Note: If you click on the menu item, all open client connections (sessions) are closed. During restart, new client connections are not possible. This does not apply to changes made to I-texts, e.g. changes to the DI name or adjustment of value ranges (also of the VR type).
    • NEW Before restarting the service, the target directory must be deleted so it can be created anew upon server restart in order to make sure that the POJO classes contained in it, which are responsible for the meta data of the data dictionary, are generated anew.

From S 39.5.13 / DB 39.5.5

Attention
  • If system customizing changes have been made to data tables or data items (e.g. new data items have been created, data item parameters have been changed), the Reload system customizing button must be clicked on, or the Tools Reload system customizing menu item must be carried out in the Data Dictionary or Data Items modules to make the changes visible.
    • This does not apply to changes to I-texts, e.g. changes made to the DI name or adjustment of value ranges (also of the VR type).

From DB 39.5.3

Attention
  • If system customizing changes have been made to data tables or data items (e.g. new data items have been created, data item parameters have been changed), the NEW Reload system customizing button, or the menu item of the same name, must be clicked on in the Data Dictionary or Data Items modules to make the changes visible.
    • This does not apply to changes made to I-texts, e.g. changes made to the DI name or adjustment of value ranges (also of the VR type).

From S 39.5.0

Attention
  • If system customizing changes have been made to data tables or data items (e.g. new data items have been created, data item parameters have been changed), the NEW Restart server button, or the menu item of the same name, must be clicked on in the Data Dictionary or Data Items modules to make the changes visible.
    • This does not apply to changes made to I-texts, e.g. changes made to the DI name or adjustment of value ranges (also of the VR type).

Up to S 39.5.0

Attention
  • If system customizing changes have been made to data tables or data items (e.g. new data items have been created, data item parameters have been changed), the Reload forking server button, or the menu item of the same name, must be clicked on in the Data Dictionary or Data Items modules to make the changes visible.
    • This does not apply to changes made to I-texts, e.g. changes made to the DI name or adjustment of value ranges (also of the VR type).

DI000364 SUBDI

ID number of the subordinate data item

DI002065 Subordinate DI

Name of the subordinate data item

DI001786 Function

Determines the properties of the subordinate data item, i.e. the effect it has on the complex DI. The function depends on the class of the complex DI.

Values

From C 39.5.9

Up to C 39.5.9

  • A: traffic light function
  • AT: start date for bars and scales
  • B: blue component for color display
  • D: dominance for criteria for bars
  • ET: end date for bars and scales
  • F: color (preview field for a color ID data item)
    • The subordinate data item must be the color ID here.
    • Class = 4
  • FE: field coordinates for form fields
  • FT: format (preview field for a format ID data item)
    • For this purpose, the subordinate data item must be the format ID.
    • Class = 4
  • G: green component for color display
  • GL: grid line
  • I: text output in bar
    • Class = 1
    • The sequence is specified in Pos.
  • ID: ID number
  • IS: individual symbol
  • KO: text constant
  • Q: source file
  • R: red component for color display
  • S: symbol (preview field for a format ID data item)
  • SA: alternating shading
    • Class = 3
    • In Value from, there is a grid (week, month, ...).
    • If Option contains a non-zero value, alternating shading is applied.
    • The shading uses the symbol from the sub-DI. If the shading is to be done according to Work = Checked, a non-zero value is to be specified in the Option data field.
  • SB: shading according to basic calendar
    • This function has temporarily no effect.
  • T: date
  • T: text
  • TL: date line
    • Class = 3
    • With this function, the today line can be drawn.
  • UE: heading coordinates for form fields
  • VA: relationship type
  • VE: E-arrow
  • VL: line
  • VR: alignment
  • W: value
  • X: X coordinate
  • Y: Y coordinate
  • Z: target file
  • DI001787 Pos.

Controls the sequence or dominance of the subordinate data items

    Values

    • When function = D:
      • Specification of dominance: Lowest number means greatest dominance. This determines which criterion is considered first when several are satisfied at the same time.
    • When function = I:
      • Specification of the sequence in which the text items are arranged within the bar.
    • When function = A:
      • Specification of the sequence in which the traffic lights are placed. Here, pos. refers to dominance:
        • If the value for the sub-DI with pos. = 1 is satisfied, the symbol of this sub-DI is displayed regardless of the values of the following sub-DIs.
        • The symbols of the sub-DIs with higher positions are only displayed if all values of the previous positions are not satisfied.
    Example

    Constellation

    • DIxxxxxx has the following sub-DIs with the following values:
Pos. Value from Value to SUBDI-symbol
    SUBDIxxxxxx1 1 A Z red
    SUBDIxxxxxx2 2 1 100 yellow
    SUBDIxxxxxx3 3 0,001 0,01 black

    Interpretation

    • As long as the value of the SUBDIxxxxxx1 is valid (i.e. between A and Z), it is always displayed in red, regardless of whether the values of the other sub-DIs are valid or invalid.
    • Black is only displayed if the value of the SUBDIxxxxxx3 is valid (i.e. between 0,001 and 0,01) AND values of the SUBDIxxxxxx1 and SUBDIxxxxxx2 are invalid.

    DI001785 Value from

The value has different meanings depending on the setting in the Function parameter.

    Values

    • Function = D or A:
      • The specification in this field and the specification in the Value to field define the value range. If the value of the corresponding sub-DI is within this frame, the symbol of this sub-DI is displayed.
    • Function = TL (date line for Scale):
      • Specifies the date through which you want the dateline to run
    Example
    • @15 (= today)
    • @15 + 30 (=< today + 30 days)

    • Function = VR (Linkage: Alignment)
      • 0: horizontal
      • 1: vertical
    • Function = FT
      • Date for incarnation

    DI001558 Value to

    See the Value from parameter.

    DI001791 Option

    For Function = TL:

    • 1: When it is output, the object is to be positioned in the center of the visible window (= output moves scroll buttons).
    • 10: The line is drawn from the first scale across the entire plan. The line is drawn across the complete interval.
    • 11: The line is drawn from the first scale across the entire plan. The line is drawn from the interval start to the bar.
    • 12: The line is drawn from the first scale across the entire plan. The line is drawn from the bar to the interval end.
    • 20: The line is only drawn within the scales that belong to the bar, the line is drawn across the complete interval.
    • 21: The line is only drawn within the scales that belong to the bar. The line is drawn from the interval start to the bar.
    • 22: The line is only drawn within the scales that belong to the bar. The line is drawn from the bar to the interval end.

    For function = A:

    • 0: Traffic light takes effect if the entered values apply
    • 2: Traffic light takes effect for counter-values

    For function = D and function = A:

    • 2: value means "without"
