Features

• The time recording function in PLANTA pulse was completely redesigned:
  • The panel My Time Recording was renamed to panel Time Recording and redesigned:
    • The clarity of the design was improved both in the desktop and in the mobile view.
    • Cards to which the user is assigned are now displayed in the panel Time Recording with information on the board and project.
    • Cards to which the user is not yet assigned can be searched via the search in the panel Time Recording to record hours worked on them.
    • Cards on which hours worked need to be recorded regularly can be marked as time recording favorites.
  • Users can choose whether they want to record their hours worked in the HH:MM format or in decimal format.
  • When an internal domain has been set, external users cannot access the time recording in PLANTA pulse anymore.
  • The extended time recording for PLANTA Hybrid was implemented:
    • Time recording on cards as well as on tasks directly from PLANTA project
    • Display presence time from PLANTA project in PLANTA pulse
  • The option Enable Time Recording on Cards of Unsynchronized Boards can now be used to configure whether hours worked can be recorded on cards of unsynchronized boards (PLANTA Hybrid).
  • The time recording can now also be disabled for individual boards.
  • Please also note the new Meteor Settings showAttendance, allowProjectSystem and disabledInNotSyncedBoards.
• The home page of PLANTA pulse can now be configured:
  • In the panel Administration (global)
  • In the User Settings (user-specific)
• Via the PLANTA pulse API, users with umlauts in their e-mail address can now be created.
  • This means that users with umlauts in their e-mail address can also be created via the PLANTA Hybrid user synchronization.
• The panel My Projects was renamed to panel Projects.

Bug fixes

• A problem that, when using PLANTA Hybrid, time recording comments did not comply with the comment format template after updates was fixed.
• A problem that the PLANTA pulse user data was overwritten when updating the PLANTA Hybrid user synchronization was fixed.
