Information

• In this module, Planned, Actual, and Remaining Budget, as well as Total costs are displayed grouped by programs.
• In the Allocate Costs to Programs area of the Project Core Data module of the required project you can select programs to which project costs are to be allocated. Costs can be allocated to the programs assigned to the project.

Details

• In the Total area, the sums of Budget, Planned, Actual, Remaining, and Total costs of all displayed programs are displayed.
• If you expand the tree structure on the required program, single projects with Planned, Actual, and Remaining Budget, as well as Total costs data are displayed.

Notes

• On project level, all values are values of the entire project structure (if it exists).
