  • Below you will find an overview of standard modules of the PLANTA project component, sorted by typical functions as applied in real project management situations (called “roles” in PLANTA). Below each role, there is information on the PLANTA demo users to which the corresponding roles are assigned.

Role: Multi-project manager

Information
  • The multi-project manager’s core task is the coordination of several/all individual projects.
  • Multi-project manager is responsible for the strategic specifications for projects. He/she defines, e.g., dates or budgets.
  • Analysis of the combined effect of projects based on different utilization diagrams and trend graphics as well as risk management also fall within the remit of the multi-project manager
