- This module is a macro module which serves to create a new program. The newly created program is opened in the Program panel with the blank, focused Program Core Data module in which basic data and key dates can be edited.
- All users who have access to this module are authorized to create new programs via this macro module. No further authorization is needed.
- Whether the panel can be opened in order to create a new program, and whether program data can be edited or just viewed, depends on the user's object rights.
