Program Panel New from DB 39.5.0

Access path 1: Open the panel in order to have a look at or make changes to an existing program.

The Program panel contains editing modules and information concerning the selected project.
If the Dashboard module contains data, it is focused when opening the panel, otherwise, the focus is on the Program Core Data module.
Whether the panel can be opened in order to create a new program and whether program data can be edited or just viewed depends on the user's user rights.
