- A program application is a report that is created by freezing the current data of the program.
- The program application function is an optional solution for the approval of the program plan for realization.
- If a program application exists for a program, it is displayed in the Program Applications module.
- By clicking on the ID number of the program application in the Report field, you switch to the Program Application module in which the data of the program application is displayed.
- If no program application exists, you can create one.
- All relevant data of the program will be frozen and copied to the program application.
- You can only create one program application for each program. It is not possible to create multiple program applications.
- If a program application already exists, the A program application exists already. Display? message is displayed. If you confirm this message with Yes, you switch to the Program Application module, in which the data of the program application is displayed.
- If required, the existing program application can be deleted. In this case, it is possible to create a new program application.
From DB 39.5.12
- In order to create a program application, you have to assign status reports to the projects assigned to the program. This can be done in the NEW Project status reports area (if it has not already been done e.g. in the Status module). For more information on this subject, see the following procedure.
- If a status report has been assigned to a project in the Project status report field, the field can no longer be emptied. You can only replace the selected report by another one.

- If a status report has been assigned to a project in the Project status report field, the field can no longer be emptied. You can only replace the selected report by another one.
- Click on the arrow button next to the Project Status Report field to assign a status report to a project.
- A dialog module is opened in which all released status reports of the project are listed.
- Activate the NEW Select checkbox for the required project and click on the Assign selected status report button. The status report is automatically assigned to the selected project and the dialog module is closed.
- A dialog module is opened in which all released status reports of the project are listed.
- Click on the Create program application button.
- Confirm the Do you really want to create the program application? message with Yes. As a result you switch to the Program Application module in which the data of the newly created program application is displayed.
- After the new program application is created, it receives the Open program application report status .
- You can update, approve, or delete an open program application.
