This module acts as a kind of message center for program changes. Here,
the latest program information is displayed.
no data can be changed.
The module is empty upon creation of a program. In the course of program planning and editing, it is filled with data.
Note
If the module described here is opened in the program and at the same time you make changes to another module of the project panel which have an influence on the data in the module described here and save them (or if another user has done so), the Refresh button will be displayed in the lower left corner of this module. Click on this button in order to refresh the displayed data.
Status
Information
In the status bar, the current estimate and the current status of the program from the last status report calculated by the program, as well as the estimate and the status of the program from the last status report calculated by the system, are displayed.
The estimate of the program manager (manually input) and the automatically calculated status of factors such as costs, effort, dates, etc., are displayed.
The estimate of the program manager is visualized by a thumb symbol.
The program status calculated by the program is visualized by a triangle shaped traffic light.
red: costs/effort overrun by more than 5% or delay of more than 5 days
yellow: costs/effort overrun by more than 5% or delay of more than 5 days
green: costs/effort not overrun or no delay
Below the status bar, all master milestones of the program are displayed in a graphic.
The y axis contains three planning states:
Current status
Status from the last status report
Status from the baseline status report
The x axis displays the total program duration:
Start = earliest calculated start date of the three planning states on the y axis
End = latest calculated end date of the three planning states on the y axis
Diamonds are tasks that are defined as master milestones.
In the middle of each diamond, the WBS code is displayed.
Diamonds of completed tasks are or will be colored in dark gray.
For the task name, refer to the legend below the graphic.
If you left-click on a hash, this hash and all other hashes of the same task are enlarged for comparison purposes.
The 'today' line is visualized by a black bar in the graphic.
Half of the graphic up to the 'today' line is colored in light gray.

The graphic is only displayed if the following requirements are met:
The selected planning object is active (has status=1) or NEW archived (status = 9).
NEW For archived planning objects, only the data from the baseline and the active status report are displayed.
Master milestones are available in the schedule.
The master milestones are scheduled (a date scheduling was carried out after planning of the master milestones).
Each master milestone has a name.
If one of these requirements is not met, a note is displayed which informs you that the chart data is not available and gives you the reason for this.

The graphic is only displayed if the following requirements are met:
The current planning project is active (has status=1).
Master milestones are available in the schedule.
The master milestones are scheduled (a date scheduling was carried out after planning of the master milestones).
Each master milestone has a name.

In the Info area,
messages are displayed that were sent to the current user by another stakeholder and that affect the current program.
In this area, only unread messages are displayed.
After activating the Read checkbox, the messages are hidden. Read messages can be viewed in the Info items read area of the Info module. The Info module is a central board for creating, sending, receiving, and administrating messages.
Pin board entries, notes, and documents that have been created in the Documents module, and that affect the current project, are displayed.
For notes and documents you have to consider that only those are displayed in the Dashboard module, for which the Type parameter (Type for documents and Type for notes) has been set to 1 (display in the Dashboard).
After activating the Completed checkbox, pin board entries, notes, and documents are hidden. Completed entries can be viewed in the All elements and Completed elements variants of the Documents module.
Notes
The Info area is only displayed if at least one of the subareas contains at least one entry, or if there is at least one new or unread message for the current user for the selected project.

Projects of the Program
Information
In the Projects of the program area, the projects assigned to the program are displayed.
By clicking on the ID of the required project, you can switch to the corresponding Project panel in which you can edit or view the program data depending on your user rights.

In the This proposal is in the watchlist of: area, persons are listed who have assigned the current proposal to their own watchlist via the My Watchlist module for monitoring reasons.
