- provided that the modifying user possesses the required rights
- Document records with attached files are created and edited in the Documents (Project), Documents (Program) , and Documents (Request) modules.
- Documents are displayed in the Dashboard (Project) and Dashboard (Program) modules and cannot be edited.

- If this value is selected, the respective document cannot be displayed in the Dashboard (Project) and Dashboard (Program) modules.
- 1: Display in the Dashboard (Project) and Dashboard (Program) modules
- If this value is selected, the respective document cannot be displayed in the Info area of the Dashboard (Project) and Dashboard (Program) modules.
DI008776 Linked file
In this field you can create a link to a file. Insert file- Right-click on the Linked file field and select the Insert context menu command.
- Click on the Search button in the Insert hyperlink window.
- Select the required file and click on the Open button.
- Confirm with OK.
- Save.
- It is also possible to drag files from e.g. Window Explorer to the data field for documents using Drag & Drop.
