Technical ID of the project. Is generated automatically when the project is created. Unlike the functional ID in the Project DI, it cannot be changed. It is usually invisible in the modules.DI001094 Completed

- Completed notes can be viewed in the Completed Elements module variant of the above mentioned Documents module.
DI001095 Note text
Here a note text can be written or edited.The parameter can be edited by users with modification rights in the following modules:Note
- in the Notes and Pin board areas in the Documents (Project, Proposal) module,
- in the Notes and Pin board areas in the Documents (Program) module,
- in the Notes and Pin board areas in the Documents (Request) module
- Notes are displayed in the Dashboard (Program) and Dashboard (Project) modules but cannot be edited. They can only be set to "completed".
DI003427 Linked file
In this field you can create a link to a file. Insert file- Right-click on the Linked file field and select the Insert context menu command.
- Click on the Search button in the Insert hyperlink window.
- Select the required file and click on the Open button.
- Confirm with OK.
- Save.
- It is also possible to drag files from e.g. Window Explorer to the data field for documents using Drag & Drop.

Code (ID) for the note type of a project (idea, proposal, or program). By determining the note type you can define whether the note is to be displayed in the Dashboard module of the respective planning object (Dashboard (Project), Dashboard (Program)) or not.
