- PM Administration Special Functions Main and Subprojects (in Table Form)
- In this module, all planning objects are displayed in table form.
- Here, you can quickly edit all important planning object parameters.
From DB 39.5.0
- NEW Total
- All planning object types are displayed.
- Ideas
- Only ideas are displayed.
- Requests
- Only requests are displayed.
- Proposals
- Only proposals are displayed.
- NEW Programs
- Only programs are displayed.
- Base
- Only projects are displayed.
Up to DB 39.5.0
- Only ideas are displayed.
- Only requests are displayed.
- Only proposals are displayed.
- Only projects are displayed.
From DB 39.5.0
- Main projects are marked by a blue background.
- Below the respective planning object, its stakeholders and the total estimation from the Status module are displayed and can be edited, depending on the access rights of the user.
- Via the Insert Stakeholder context menu command you can assign further stakeholders to the required planning object.
- Via the Open project context menu command or by clicking on the ID of the required project, you can directly open planning objects.
- Via the Reset all project process steps context menu command, you can replace the process model currently used in the focused planning object.

- Via the Insert Stakeholder context menu command you can assign further stakeholders to the required planning object.
Change Planning Object Type
Information- Since in this module planning objects of all types are displayed, it is possible to change the type of planning objects here.
- In the Main and Subprojects (in Table Form) module, switch to the Idea module variant.
- For the required idea, select the "Proposals" value in the Type name field.
- Save.
- The corresponding idea is converted to a proposal and saved in the database.
- If you open the appropriate proposal modules, the new proposal is listed there and if you click on the link on the ID field of the new proposal it is opened in the Proposal panel.
- In the Main and Subprojects (in Table Form) module, switch to the Proposal module variant.
- For the required Idea, select the "Projects" value in the Type name field.
- Save.
- The corresponding proposal is now converted to a project and saved in the database.
- If you open the appropriate project modules, the new project is listed there and if you click on the link on the ID field of the new project it is opened in the Project panel.
- When you use process models, you also have the option to change the planning object type via process models. For further information, click here.
