Information
- This module executes a complete scheduling of all active projects and reorganizes capacity assignment.
- All projects of the Level= 0 (main projects) are selected which have Status = 1 (active).
- Upon replanning, all projects with status = 1 (active) are calculated in line with the following sequence:
Details
- While replanning, all projects are first unloaded. This ensures that no more resources are shown in a project as loaded.
- When replanning is carried out, the saved capacity loading details in the Periods data table (DT468) are completely reorganised. For this reason, replanning should also be carried out after any changes made to the company, project or resource calendars, or the model parameters.
- The Edit Unload menu item can also be used to effect the complete load removal of all projects, without a capacity scheduling run following this.
Notes
- Because these calculations make use of extensive algorithms, replanning should not be carried out at times when the server computer system is heavily loaded.
- During the replanning is performed, both the functional ID and the technical ID of the project currently being calculated are displayed in the status line.
