Information

• In this module, the loads of the cost resources (resources which have Resource type=9 in the resource data sheet) of the last 60 days are displayed.
• You can create new load records in this module.

Details

• If you use PLANTA project for cost planning, effort of the resources is automatically converted into costs with the help of its conversion factors.
• The costs that have actually arisen (actual costs) therefore result from the reported hours (actual load) of the resource and the corresponding conversion factors.
• Since revenue and cost resources do not possess any effort, the actual load of this resource is directly entered in the Material Cost Posting and Revenues Posting modules.

Enter costs

• Select a cost resource from the Resource listbox.
• Open the context menu on the resource and select Insert Load.
• Edit required parameters and save.
