Lock Time Recording

Information

• Reporting of hours worked can be locked or restricted via several parameters:
  • Restrict globally
    • with the Key date performance in the Model and Model Parameters module. This parameter restricts the period for reporting of hours worked for all projects in the system.
  • Lock per project
    • with the Locked parameter in the Attributes/Parameters area in the Project Core Data module. Thus you cannot report to any of the project tasks.
  • Lock per task
    • with the Task locked parameter in the Schedule module. This parameter locks work reporting for a particular task.
  • Per module in the customizer
    • Define with the RM lock parameter how the above mentioned parameters behave.
