Access path

• Project Applications --> Create Project Application--> Project Application
• Project Applications --> ID number of the project application --> Project Application

Information

• In this module, you can have a look at data of a project application.

Details

• When you create a project application, relevant data of a project (proposal, idea) is copied to the project application and frozen.
• After the new project application is created, it is given the Report status = "Open project application".
  • You can updated, approved and deleted an open project application.

Refresh Project Application

Information

• If the project application is not approved immediately and changes in the project (proposal, idea) that should be considered in the project application are made between the creation date and the approval, you must refresh the project application before the approval.
  • The manual updating of data in the project application itself is not possible.

Procedure

• Click on the Refresh button.
• Confirm the Do you really want to refresh this data? message with OK.
• The data is refreshed.

Approve Project Application

Information

• You can approve the project application including the refreshed data.

Procedure

• Click on the Approve button.
• Confirm the message Project application cannot be changed after it has been approved. Continue? dialog message with Yes.
• The project application is approved and is given the Report status = "Approved project application".

Notes

• If you must refresh or delete an approved project application, you first have to cancel the approval.
• The approval can only be canceled in the Check Status Report Creation And Project Applications module, by the user that has access rights to this module.

Delete Project Application

Information

• You cannot delete project applications.

Procedure

• Click on the Delete button.
• Confirm the Do you really want to delete this data? message OK.
• The project application is deleted.

Note

• If there already is a project application, you cannot create further project applications. In order to create a new project application, you must delete the existing one.
