Information

• In this module, you can assign users to roles and delete existing assignments. This module has been supplied complementary to the User module, in which roles are assigned to users contrariwise.
• In the User to Role Assignment module, no new roles can be created and no user or role data can be edited here. Both roles and users must have been created already in order to carry out the assignments in this module.

Procedure

• When opening the module, all roles available in the system are displayed in a list.
• Right-click on the required role and select the Assign user command from the context menu.
  • The User auxiliary module, in which all existing users are listed, is opened.
• Mark the required user or several users and click on the Copy marked objects button.
  • The auxiliary module is closed.
• In the User to Role Assignment module and carry out a new selection (F7):
• The required user or the required users are dispayed below the required role record.
• You can delete user assignments by right-clicking on the required user assignment and selecting the Delete user to role assignment command from the context menu.
