Collective Creation of Status Reports
Information- In PLANTA project, it is possible to simultaneously create status reports for several projects in defined intervals at the click of a button.
From DB 39.5.11
- Activate the Status reports: collective creation parameter in the Attributes/parameters area in the Project Core Data module.
- Open the Check Status Report Creation And Project Applications module.
- NEW Enter the date from which on you want to search for projects in the Collective creation of status reports area in the No status report since data field.
- You can enter both system variables (incl. @ maximum 3 digits) and a date in DD.MM.YY format. You can also combine system variables with a date entry.
- All projects are found for which the Status reports: collective creation checkbox is activated but which do not contain any status reports in the defined period.
- Click on the Create status report button in order to create status reports for these projects.
- NEW Enter the date from which on you want to search for projects in the Collective creation of status reports area in the No status report since data field.
From DB 39.5.10
- Enter the required period in the Status reports from and Status reports to fields in the Model and Model Parameters module.
- You can enter both system variables (incl. @ maximum 3 digits) and a date in DD.MM.YY format. You can also combine system variables with a date entry.
- In the Projects without status reports within the defined period area, all projects for which the Status reports: Collective creation parameter is activated but which do not contain current (created in the defined period) status reports yet.
- The Projects without status reports in the defined period area is only displayed in the module if there is at least one project with the above mentioned features.
- Click on the Create status report button in order to create status reports for these projects.
Up to DB 39.5.10
- You can enter both system variables (incl. @ maximum 3 digits) and a date in DD.MM.YY format. You can also combine system variables with a date entry.
- In the Projects without current automatic status report area, projects are displayed for which the Create status report automatically parameter is activated but which do not contain any current (created in the preset period) status report yet.
- The Projects without current autom. status report area is only displayed in the module if there is at least one project with the above mentioned features.
- Click on the Create status report button in order to create status reports for these projects.
- The status reports created in this way have the “automatically created” report status and are no released status reports respectively. The approval must be done explicitly in the respective status reports by the project managers responsible.
