Information
  • The module provides an overview of all master milestones NEW and milestones of the selected program NEW and its projects.
  • You also have the option to define one of the program master milestones displayed here as a main milestone.
    • Main milestones are used as reference points for the interval calculation of the master milestones to the other master milestones.

Details

  • NEW The summary tasks (phases), milestones, and master milestones are displayed in the Gantt view, the master milestones are additionally displayed as gates on a horizontal axis.
  • On each master milestone symbol, the WBS code of the master milestone and the time interval to the main milestone date are specified (in weeks).
  • The calculated duration (Calc. start up to Calc. end) is visualized by
    • a dotted frame for the program
    • the bar in the color of the project code for projects.

  • This module provides an overview of all master milestones (gates) of the program and the projects assigned to the program, which can be displayed on a horizontal axis directly below the scale.
  • You also have the option to define one of the program master milestones that are displayed here as a main milestone. Main milestones are used as reference points for the interval calculation of the master milestones to the main milestone.

Details

  • On each master milestone symbol, the WBS code of the master milestone and the time interval to the main milestone are specified.
  • The dotted frame informs about the program duration (Calc. start up to Calc. end).
