Information

• In this module you can enter vacation, absence days, and absence reasons and have them displayed in the annual calendar.
  • For vacation and absence you can also enter half days.
• You can enter comments for absence details.

Details

• You can scroll to the next or previous year using the arrow buttons.
• Fields
  • in which you have entered vacation are highlighted in yellow.
  • in which you have entered absence are highlighted in green.

Enter absence

• For the required date, select the absence type from the listbox on the corresponding field.
• Save.

Enter comment

• Click on the required date with the right mouse button.
• Select the Display Comment command.
• Enter a comment in the Comment field.
• Save.

Note

• The values you have entered are summarized in the 2 categories Absence and Vacation and displayed above the calendar. You cannot enter anything manually on this level.
