Absence of the Department MOD009ALC
Access path- Employee Own Planning Employee Board Absence: Department
- In this module, absence and vacation of all resources of the department to which the current employee belongs are displayed.

Details
- In the left window, all department resources are displayed.
- In the right window below the time scale, the entered vacation or absence data is displayed per day,
- highlighted by color: vacation - orange, absence - green, and in addition
- by having the values of 0.5 or 1 displayed for half a day or an entire day of vacation or absence.
- NEW Vacation/absence data is visualized for the period from the beginning of the current year up to the end of the current year. NEW If necessary, you can scroll to the previous or following years via the arrow buttons in window 1. In window 1, the sum of the vacation or absence days is visualized per selected year.
- You can only scroll to years in which the department resource has period records.
