Information

In this module, costs and revenues of the projects are displayed per month grouped by a particular criterion. Costs and revenues both of the current planning and of all available status reports are displayed.

Module header

The projects displayed in this module are grouped by Code by default. It is, however, possible to change groupings or have projects displayed ungrouped.
- In the Group by field, you can either change the grouping criterion by making a selection from the listbox, or delete it. After you have clicked on the Use changes button, the projects are either displayed grouped by the selected criterion or they are displayed ungrouped.
- If a grouping criterion is selected in one of the modules which use grouping criteria, it automatically takes effect in all modules with groupings.
The projects to be displayed in this module can be filtered using object filters.
- If there already is an object filter, it can be selected from the listbox on the Filter field. After you have clicked on the Use changes button, only projects which correspond to the filter will be displayed.
- You can edit existing object filters or create new ones in the Object Filter module which is opened via the Edit filter button.
- If a grouping criterion is selected in one of the modules which use object filters, it automatically takes effect in all other modules with object filters.

Data

In the left window, the totals of costs and revenues are displayed.
In the right window, the costs and revenues per project and status report are listed on a monthly basis for the period NEW in which there is data.
- For better orientation, cost and revenue values are represented in different colors.
If status reports are available for the appropriate projects, you can display them by expanding the tree structure. The costs and revenues from status reports are then displayed in both windows, as in the case of projects.

In the left window, the totals of costs and revenues are displayed.

In the right window, costs and revenues per project are listed for all months of the current year by default.

The time period can be restricted to particular months. To do so,
- Enter the required time period in the from and to fields and click on the Refresh period button.
For better orientation, cost and revenue values are represented in different colors.

If status reports are available for the appropriate projects, you can display them by expanding the tree structure.
