Open Projects (Ideas, Proposals, Programs, Requests) Directly via Functional ID

• In PLANTA project, you have the option to open the object panels of the planning objects (project panel, idea panel, proposal panel, request panel or NEW program panel) directly (i.e. without interim steps via other modules) by entering the functional ID in a dialog field.

Procedure

• Select Extras Go to in the menu bar.
• Enter the required functional ID in the dialog box.
• Confirm by clicking on OK.
  • Depending on the type of planning object, the corresponding panel (project panel, idea panel, proposal panel, request panel or NEW program panel) is opened.

Notes

• If the logged-on user has no access rights to a particular planning object, the Project, idea, proposal, program, and NEW request not found message will be displayed.
• Whether the logged-on user can only see the data of the planning objects or edit them, depends on his/her modification rights.

• You can open projects, ideas, proposals and requests directly.
