For every portfolio, particular portfolio data is displayed graphically in the respective areas.
The number of planning objects assigned to the portfolio is displayed below the graphics. By opening the tree structure, you can view the data of individual planning objects.
You can also display and, if necessary, edit the data of the existing portfolios by clicking on the portfolio ID in the NEWPortfolio module.
New portfolios can be created by clicking on the New portfolio button. For this purpose, the NEWPortfolio module is opened, in which a new portfolio can be defined in the form of a data sheet.
Authorizations NEW
New portfolios can only be created by users with multi-portfolio manager rights. If the user does not possess these authorizations, the following message is displayed when he/she clicks on the New portfolio button: You have no authorization to access this module!.

By clicking on the New Portfolio button, you switch to the Portfolio module, in which you can create a new portfolio in the form of a data sheet.
You can also display and, if necessary, edit the data of the existing portfolios by clicking on the portfolio ID in the Portfolio module.
Portfolio Structure
Information
In the Portfolio structure area, you can see the composition of the portfolio (e.g. four projects, five proposals, etc.).
Risks/Opportunities
Information
In the Risks/opportunities area, the damage and gross profit values resulting from the risks and opportunities of the planning objects contained in the portfolio are graphically displayed and can be compared to the total portfolio budget (red line). The data stems from the most recently released status reports.
Evaluation Criteria
Information
In the Evaluation criteria area, the objective contribution of all planning objects contained in the portfolio is displayed graphically by evaluation criteria groups (spider web diagram).
Project Estimates
Information
In the Project estimates area, the number of planning objects that have a red, yellow or green entire project estimate, is displayed. The data stems from the most recently released status reports.
Budget/Costs
Information
In the Budget/costs area, the budget and costs per year are displayed. The data stems from the most recently released status reports.
Costs/Benefit
Information
In the Costs/benefit area, the costs and benefit per year are displayed. The data stems from the most recently released status reports.
