Information

• In this module, the program application is shown.

Details

• When you create a program application, the relevant program data is frozen.
• Once the new program application is created, it receives the Open project application report status.
  • You can updated, approved and deleted an open program application.

Refresh Program Application

Information

• If the application is not approved immediately and changes in the program are made between the application creation date and the approval, which are to be included in the application, you must refresh the application before the approval.

Procedure

• Click on the Refresh button.
• Confirm the Do you really want to refresh this data? message with OK.
• The data is refreshed.

Approve Program Application

Information

• You can approve the program application including the refreshed data.

Procedure

• Click on the Approve button.
• Confirm the message Program application cannot be changed after it has been released. Continue? dialog message with Yes.
• The project application is approved and receives the Approved project application report status.

Delete Program Application

Information

• You cannot delete program applications..

Procedure

• Click on the Delete button.
• Confirm the Do you really want to delete this data? message OK.
• The program application is deleted.

Note

• If there already is a program application, you cannot create further project applications. In order to create a new program application, the existing program application must be deleted first.
