Settings

• The Allow time recording on cards of non-synchronized boards option in the Administration panel must be activated (default = active).

PLANTA Hybrid

Information

• From release DB 39.5.16 of PLANTA project and release 27.4 of PLANTA pulse, PLANTA provides two time recording options in PLANTA Hybrid:
  • Simple time recording: time recording only on PLANTA pulse elements (cards)
  • Extended time recording: recording both on PLANTA pulse elements (cards) and on PLANTA project elements (tasks)

Simple

Information

• In simple time recording for PLANTA Hybrid, hours in PLANTA pulse are recorded on cards of synchronized boards.
  • The procedure here is identical to that which applies when using PLANTA pulse only. For a description of the procedure in PLANTA pulse, see

  • The hours worked which are recorded in PLANTA pulse on the cards of synchronized boards are sent to PLANTA project.
• At the same time, it remains possible to record hours worked on tasks.

• PLANTA project and PLANTA pulse must be interlinked to form a hybrid system and the users must be synchronized in both systems. For the procedure, see here.

Settings

• In PLANTA project
  • time recording must be preset to the "Time recording in load records" (global parameter load_creation_variant = 3) since PLANTA pulse allows the recording of several loads per day and task.
  • if reverse postings (manual or automatic) are to be used, at least stable 3 of server 39.5.29 must be installed.
• In PLANTA pulse
  • PLANTA recommends that the Allow time recording on cards of non-synchronized boards in the Administration panel be deactivated (default = active).

Extended

Information

• In extended time recording for PLANTA Hybrid, time recording is carried out in PLANTA pulse both on cards of synchronized boards as well as directly on tasks from PLANTA project.
