Uploading attachments was made easier and attachments can now also be renamed.

When inserting mentions with @ in card comments, the full name of the user is displayed in addition to the username.
If users with global admin rights are about to delete boards in the panel Administration which are synchronized with PLANTA project or on which hours worked have been recorded, they are now being informed about it.
Users with global admin rights can now invite new users to boards in the panel Administration even if they are not a member of the board.
Comments are now saved as a draft if the user closes the card before saving.
Bug fixes
An error was fixed which resulted in users with the SAML authentication method being asked to define a password after an update.
When converting notes into cards, a swimlane does not have to be selected anymore if there are no swimlanes on the selected board.
When recording hours worked in the HH:MM format, values < 1h are now processed correctly.
Error messages during time recording are now displayed correctly in the mobile view.
The permitted special characters in the file names of attachments were extended.
The cause of the error message when creating new colors for labels was fixed.
A display error was fixed which occurred when the window size was too small.
