Features

• A WYSIWYG editor was introduced and can now be used for example in card descriptions or comments.
  • In the User Settings, users can define whether they want to use the WYSIWYG or the Markdown editor by default.
• The My Notes function was overhauled.
• The Help function was improved and can now be opened from all areas via the in the Program Menu as well as via the ? key.
  • It now also contains the interactive tutorials for PLANTA pulse and the help regarding possible keyboard shortcuts.
• Uploading attachments was made easier and attachments can now also be renamed.
• In the panel Administration, users can now configure which file types can or cannot be uploaded as attachments in the PLANTA pulse system.
• Comments, activities and hours worked are now displayed in separate tabs on cards.
  • In the User Settings, users can define whether the Comments tab or the Activities tab is to be displayed first by default.
• Boards which are displayed in the Favorites area in the Program Menu can now also be removed from the favorites directly in that area.
• Boards which are displayed in the Recently Viewed area in the Program Menu can now also be added to the favorites or removed from the favorites directly in that area.
• Boards which have last been added to the favorites are now being displayed first in the Program Menu.
• When inserting mentions with @ in card comments, the full name of the user is displayed in addition to the username.
• The keyboard shortcut CTRL/Shift+Enter can now also be used to save during Time Recording.
• If users with global admin rights are about to delete boards in the panel Administration which are synchronized with PLANTA project or on which hours worked have been recorded, they are now being informed about it.
• Users with global admin rights can now invite new users to boards in the panel Administration even if they are not a member of the board.
• Comments are now saved as a draft if the user closes the card before saving.

Bug fixes

• An error was fixed which resulted in users with the SAML authentication method being asked to define a password after an update.
• When converting notes into cards, a swimlane does not have to be selected anymore if there are no swimlanes on the selected board.
• When recording hours worked in the HH:MM format, values < 1h are now processed correctly.
• Error messages during time recording are now displayed correctly in the mobile view.
• The permitted special characters in the file names of attachments were extended.
• The cause of the error message when creating new colors for labels was fixed.
• A display error was fixed which occurred when the window size was too small.
