My Tasks MOD009BJ3 New from DB 39.5.0

From DB version 39.5.0, module 009BJ3 My Tasks has been renamed My Activities. If you use a DB version 39.5.0, please switch to MyActivitiesMOD009BJ3.

Access path

Information

  • In this module, planned tasks, open items, risks, opportunities and process steps for planning objects (projects, requests etc.) of the current employee are displayed.
    • All tasks are grouped by the completion date. Depending on the completion date, the tasks are displayed in following groups (areas):
      • Late
      • Today
      • Future
      • Without date
    • The period filter is preset by default so that all open tasks from the past to the first day of the week after next are displayed.
  • The system only displays the areas that contain open tasks in the specified period.
  • In the area header, the number of all tasks is displayed.
  • You cannot create or edit data in this module.
  • To edit data, right-click on the required task and select the required command from the context menu to switch to the appropriate editing modules.

Details

  • Tasks: Only the tasks for which the current resource is scheduled are displayed.
    • Click on the link in the Task name field of the required task or right-click on the task and select the Edit task command from the context menu to switch to the Task where you can see the task data.
  • Open items: All open (open) items that are assigned to the current user are displayed.
    • Click on the link in the Open item name field of the required open item or right-click on the open item and select the Edit open item to switch to the Open Item module. You can create or edit data here.
  • Risks: All risks with risk measures for which the current user is defined as person responsible are displayed.
    • Click on the link in the Risk field of the required risk or right-click on the risk and select the Edit risk to switch to the Risk module. You can create or edit data here.
  • Opportunities: All opportunities with opportunity measures for which the current user is defined as person responsible are displayed.
    • Click on the link in the Opportunity field of the required opportunity or right-click on the opportunity and select the Edit opportunity to switch to the Opportunity module. You can create or edit data here.
  • Process steps: All process steps of the employee are displayed.
    • Click on the link in the Project field of the required process step or right-click on the process step and select the Open project to switch to the Project panel of the corresponding project . You can create or edit data here.
    • Click on the link in the Process step name field of the required process step or right-click on the process step and select the Edit process step to switch to the Process Step module. You can create or edit data here.
  • For all tasks, you can open the Reporting Hours Worked module by right-clicking on the task item and selecting the Reporting Hours Worked command.
    • At the moment you cannot report hours worked to the request process steps.

Change time period

  • Define the required time period in the from and to fields.
  • Press the Refresh period button.
  • All taksa for the defined period are displayed.

Note

  • To display all tasks, clear the from and to fields and press the Refresh period button.

Legend

Bars Meaning Bar color
Kalk.png Calculated dates of the current resource for the corresponding task.

The bar color is determined by the project code of the project

to which the task belongs.

 
Ist.png Work reporting (actual dates) of the current resource to the corresponding task  
Kreis.png Dates for open items, risk measures, opportunity measures
