Information
In the Reporting Hours Worked module, already reported hours are displayed in the sections of
Reported hours worked: current week
Reported hours worked: last 14 days
Reported hours worked: future
Here, you can report to tasks for which the employee is planned directly as a resource or on tasks in which resources are planned and to which the current user has access (read rights).
The default preset of this module allows hours to be reported
in the past without limitation for all projects.
up to the last day of the current week for all projects.
in the future without limitation (only for overhead cost projects).
Details
In this module, the following projects and tasks are displayed by default in the listboxes on the Project and Task fields:
for which the current user is planned directly as a resource or for which he/she is a stakeholder.
for which the employee is not planned as a resource, but for which the other resources to which he/she (the current user) has access (controlled via the resource structure code) are planned.
Overhead cost projects
In the Task listbox, tasks of the previously selected project are displayed,
for which the current user is planned as a resource, or for which the resources to which the current employee has access are already planned and
which at the same time
are no milestones/master milestones.
are no summary tasks.
have no actual end date.
Notes
From DB 39.5.11
The projects and tasks mentioned above are only displayed in the module when they are unlocked for reporting.
For projects, the Locked checkbox in the Attributes/Parameters area in the Project Core Data module has to be deactivated.
For tasks, the Task locked checkbox in the Schedule module has to be deactivated.
When manually entering locked projects or tasks, the respective field is emptied again after you click out of it, since locked projects and tasks are not available for work reporting.
NEW All values of the load records can no longer be changed after export to PLANTA. When you try to change them anyway, an info message is displayed.
Up to DB 39.5.11

Procedure
From DB 39.5.3
The way in which time is reported in this module depends on the setting of the usage_actual_load_reporting global parameter:
0: hours are reported by entering the time in the from/to fields. Actual load is set to "output" and is automatically calculated from the entered times.
Note: Reverse postings are not possible with this setting. In order to create reverse postings, please switch to the Work Reporting module.
1: hours are reported by entering the hours in the Actual load field. The from/to fields are hidden.
Up to DB 39.5.3
Depending on your module access path,.certain fields may be filled automatically. The remaining ones can be filled manually.
